Just too Irresponsible...

Saying "Good luck" to someone is an irresponsible action.
You are telling that person to try their luck as "luck" itself cant be defined, its unpredictable.
Have you ever regret anything? Everyone does. But regret is another irresponsible action that you had already make the choice, if you regret it then why you choose it at first?
